PRINCIPLES OF THE INVESTIGATOR'S ACTIVITY IN THE SYSTEM OF PRINCIPLES OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS AND GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE INVESTIGATION

In the article based on the systematic analysis of legal sources, general provisions of philosophy, norms of the current criminal procedural legislation of Ukraine, the questions of the principles of the investigator's activity in the system of principles of the criminal process and the general provisions of the investigation are disclosed.
