Our Mission 

Our mission is the qualitative achievements and results of scientific research in the field of law dissemination, which will facilitate the integration of Ukrainian legal scholars into the international educational space, and increase the citation of university works in the world scientific community through open access publication in accordance with the 2018-2025 Strategic Development Plan of the University approved by the Academic Council of the University on June 25, 2018.

Our Goals

Our goal is to provide a platform for exchange and dissemination of the innovative research results in the field of law, prepared by scholars and practitioners, in order to ensure the information society evolution and the national, cultural and human values promotion as a ground for the development and integration into the international educational space.

Scope

The scope of the edition is topical issues of the theory of law, history of law, philosophy of law, as well as various fields of law, in particular, constitutional law, civil law, labor law, criminal law, economic law, environmental law, financial law, administrative law, medical law, land law, agrarian law, law of intellectual property and social security law; issues of procedural law, especially, civil procedure, commercial procedure, administrative procedure and criminal procedure likewise judiciary; additionally, certain aspects of comparative legal research and research in international law and European law.
