The submission of the articles is regular and four issues are going to be published throughout each year, including:

issue No 1 - in March 2020;

issue No 2 - in June 2020;

issue No 3 - in September 2020;

issue No 4 - in December 2020.

To submit a manuscript you should:

1. fill in the author's form at http://bit.ly/2mrtWKd

2. send the article, prepared in accordance with the requirements for the manuscripts and the Authors’ guide to the email address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

3. for persons who do not have a scientific degree, you should also send a recommendation of your scientific supervisor or an extract from the minutes of the meeting of the department on the recommendation for publication (the signature of the supervisor must be certified).

The decision concerning approving and publishing the submitted article is made according to the reviewers’ recommendations, obtained as a result of the double-blind peer review, as well as the final decision of the editorial team to publish the article in a specific issue of the Bulletin.

The electronic version of the Bulletin is free Open Access via the web-site, the printed version of each issue is stored in the M. Maksymovych Scientific Library, Volodymyrska Street, 58, of. 12, Kyiv, Ukraine.
